Louis Codere Dussault, congratulations on achieving the employee of the month recognition. I am very grateful that you shared the dedication that it takes to get codes out timely. I know there has been concern around release times over the years (I have had D-Box in my theater for almost 11 years now) but I can certainly say, that this has improved tremendously. I am also grateful that your team takes into account recommendations from your customers. Thanks to all the hard-working D-Box employees that bring better moving watching experiences to us.

Congratulations Louis on being chosen for employee of the month! I have a question with regards to motion picture releases. Typically, how far in advance does D-BOX have to code the movies in time for the release?

Hi Jean,

Good question! There are several factors that come into play regarding release dates, especially when it comes to Theatrical releases. It varies from a couple of days to 1-2 weeks depending on the studios/titles/release dates.

BTW: Is there any possibility to implement a auto standby for the hemc? So i dont have to turn on/off manuel on the device. Or better: Directly From the App !!
